Lets start after the moment Merel and I were left on our own at the airport of Eindhoven. We got some problems at the security check, but after the 'dangerous' object was removed, we could walk on to the gate. I was a bit stressed out, because we were late. Luckily more people were late hehe.
We passed the passport control at Manchester Airport easier than expected. My mom had told us that Manchester had a strict airport. We just had to say the customs where we were going to.
It was clearly indicated with signs where the train station was. We didn't have any difficulties with the train journey. At Buxton station we called a taxi that would take us to the Bed & Breakfast. We arrived there at around 8.30 PM.
Jane, the B&B owner, welcomed us and offered us a cheese baquette. We ate it, not knowing whether to pay or not. We asked her, but her answer was vague. She talked with a rural accent, which was quite difficult to understand.
Exhausted, we went to bed (photo) in a warm room. Outside it was almost freezing. The next days snow would fall.
PS: This blog is uploaded after I got home again. So sometimes I might be predicting the future.
